$2 for a plastic-wrapped bunch of sub-standard celery. $4 for a slightly better bunch.

Bruised and sad-looking fruit. 1 lb of bacon, very artfully packaged, turned out to be 12 oz of fat and 4 oz of meat, so thinly sliced I could not separate it.

So salty, I had to throw it away. Shame on Giant for perpetrating this scam.

Absolutely horrible. 8 have been so frustrated to tears as anger completely waste of time. The so is horrible they have no regard to the fact that it takes extreme patience and loads of time.

Giant has been a nightmare terrible nightmare I sware if I could get Tillamook ice cream any where else. They have not once successfully delivered w order to my *** The proceed to charge me for all of the fees and delivery after a month if choice pass. They have taken n list my 3700 points they cause me hours of INCONVIENCE and now missed sales. Yell the customer care even yelled at me n hung up on me even though after three yrs I got a kind person to answer but even then she was limited to what she could do I ordered 353cdolkarsvif groceries on 4/28 they took money n didn't deliver groceries that was with 37cgrocery dollars plus 10 dollar coupon plus all other coupons no vanished along with item I truly needed. Id reorder but why no points n no money all of it is pending ever coming back heck I'm still waiting on a 74vdollar refund from March. Points is one call then sales another and orders yet another accounts another. How I the heck I mean I literally start at 630am to order groceries and I always end up having to get through instacart. No problem with that except not same offers and prices plus expensive. I mean it's outlandish 3700 points that's a lot for an 81 year old woman now I get for third week in a row completely screwed. It's *** plus they literally jack you ya buy 2p items to get a bonus and outta or short 1 on their end n it's too much of a hassle to grab one item to make 20 your like what the heck. Plus I forever getting sushi but truly the wasabi doesn't even cover or piece.

I'm truly disappointed. I needed toothbrush, I needed my groceries, I need my dollars. I need my time I wanted cracker barrel cheese at 2.50band my beverages I sale n my Capefod Codchips , Bai waters, Snapple elements and basically all my *** now not in sale points wiped out n gone. Trulyit went up 171 dollars ..dahh ya took 353... Giants food customer service really disappointed me they didn't want to do nothing they didn't do nothing and this is their merchandise even though instacard is delivering it instant card is getting worse with the shoppers and the meat at blood running all down of it and the bags and on other food and I was missing several items for not several three items I am very disappointed you can take my money but you want the third party to be totally charge and instant card never give you nothing back and I don't know if the food is eatable because it was on the cement outside the building with people can take it bugs crawl in it I'm looking for a refund

I've been using this store for at least 17 years mostly because it's across the street from where I live. It's increasing deteriorating I think primarily because of the turnover of the staff and seems to be trending with younger people and their friends from my observation.

I went to the customer service yesterday to ask a question.and the young woman who was at the counter was looking down counting money, when she looked up and saw me, she simply looked and walked away. No "may I help you?" No "somebody will be with you shortly," this young woman who is boisterous and loud, who I have observed in the store chatting it up with her coworkers on numerous occasions simply walked away, imagine that. Second, when the new system at the self-service came in where your groceries had to stay out before you could bag them, a young man yelled at me when I asked for help because I had bagged the groceries in advance and it caused the system to stop. Third, I can't tell you how many times my professional, graduate level educated son was racial ly profiled in the self-service till he just stopped going there and started going to the Safeway nearby but not as close as this store.

I won't be going to this store anymore even though its close. They need to bring the older workers back or screen these new hires better.

Giant Super Market

Giant located off of Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA

No Giant employee was manning the Self-Check out. So many people had issues; the stations were blinking like Christmas lights.

Again, no one was available to clear up each issue with the Self-Help station for any of the customers.

Only one register was open for normal checkout. She was dealing with an issue, and so this one line backed up.

Very unprofessional.

My online order was cancelled, and I was not notified of this until I was at the store. At that point, the store could not help me, so I called in.

My card was charged, I had no groceries, my account was inactive, and I was given no guidance or answers. I was told an email was sent.

I contacted Giant because my Grocery dollars seemed to disappear on my app. When I contacted customer service the rep took a lot of time to figure out what happened. Within 10 minutes the problem was resolved and the money was back on my app.

2 issues: Giant's shelf tags for different sizes of Finish Power Pods are based on different scales. One is marked $X per hundred and another is marked $X per pound.

How is a consumer supposed to compare actual cost per pod? This appears to be fraudulent. Second issue: today's shelf sticker showed a reduced/sale price. Today is April 11 but in tiny print at the bottom, it said "expres April 4." Another fraud?

Horrible store

I went food shopping on Saturday June 8 at 8am. The store was a disgrace.

The isle of chips was empty. You had grapes on sale but they had three bags out and they were rotten. I didnt get half of my order because your shelves were empty.

This is the store in Aston Pa on concord road. Every week it gets worse
