I really like giant! I wish the one in Dilworthtown town would bring back the lemon poppy seed muffins and stop putting the sugar on top of most of their muffins!!

I order online and pick it up. Ordered last week and found their coolers were down.
They only had syrup to offer out of my order. Called and said it wasnt worth coming for it, so canceled. It was Wednesday and its Saturday and didnt give me back my refund for the order still. Called customer care and they were no helpsaid Ill get my money back Monday or Tuesday.
5 days to refund. Ill never buy from them again.
Also always tying to rip you off with prices. Check your slips!

Racial profiling in the store
On numerous occasions, managers, "store sub par security" aimlessly follow BLACK customers under the assumption there is some nefarious action is taking place. I have had it with this store and the company.
They communicate with their wireless headsets and earbuds while tracking customers from the parking lot, throughout the store, until checkout. It is intrusive, unprofessional, immoral, and I would add a form of discrimination and harassment. I will not accept this treatment any longer and will record, report, and pursue my future interactions to substantiate my experience without any doubt and hold the corporation accountable. This is unacceptable.
Their employment selection process and tactics are below standard not aligned with their corporate mission. All we want to do is shop for our families and PAY FOR OUR GROCERIES IN PEACE WITHOUT BEING SURVEILLED AND HARASSED!

Grocery foods are too expensive, and they are scamming for money at Giant. Their food is also always outdated or moldy and is trying to make you get sick, which is a health risk. Either this business (along with high grocery stores) needs to stop raising prices, or else I want this company sued.

As an employee, I've had trouble with this app, more times than I could count.
There are a few of us that were kicked out of the app for no reason. Now I can't get into my account.
I have the sign in info saved to my phone. It keeps saying it doesn't match the info I provided. It keeps telling me to send a link for my password and lost user name. But I never get an email.
It's been 90 minutes, and no email. I checked spam too

$2 for a plastic-wrapped bunch of sub-standard celery. $4 for a slightly better bunch.
Bruised and sad-looking fruit. 1 lb of bacon, very artfully packaged, turned out to be 12 oz of fat and 4 oz of meat, so thinly sliced I could not separate it.
So salty, I had to throw it away. Shame on Giant for perpetrating this scam.

Price gouging in many areas. Items with Lower Price signs with extremely small lettering stating Lessor price will be caluclated if Spending exceeds $25.00 or more.
Items Out Of Stock on a daily basis! Workers are friendly and recognize these problems.

I just want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with self check- out/self- service lines- after working a ten hour day, I do not want to go to the packed grocery store, with 3 cashiers working , and the rest of the lines being self - service- I do not want to then work scanning and packing my $250 order, at the grocery store, and, bringing my own bags, these areas are not large enough to set up your bags- ITS SUCH *** I'm sure this company makes enough money , so I don't have to work at your stores after leaving my own job, and I'm not even getting paid, yeah I know you deliver home orders, which I've done, worst produce picked, forgot items...- its a public disservice, because corporations are to cheap and lazy to work for the public...-- also, there were plenty of other dissatisfied customers around me complaining about this utter ***

I clipped a digital coupon for Honey Crisp Apples. At the self-checkout, the coupon was not taken off.
The cashier tried to help but was unsuccessful. She called the manager, Christine. Christine asked the cashier to subtract the cost of the coupon from the full price. I told her the calculations were incorrect.
She started to raise her voice, and I showed her the calculations. She raised her voice and told me I was not listening and did not understand - that she was about to issue a coupon.
I was so taken aback by her rude behavior that I left my order and walked away. She was brazen enough to tell me to leave her a bad review.

I am an associate at Carlisle Pike Giant as a cashier and i need a card immediately and if not within a week Id like my right to have the $25 owed as it was for Christmas and what not.
I also have not been getting my associate discount as promised. I am extremely upset right now.

They have not once successfully delivered w order to my *** The proceed to charge me for all of the fees and delivery after a month if choice pass. Yell the customer care even yelled at me n hung up on me even though after three yrs I got a kind person to answer but even then she was limited to what she could do I ordered 353cdolkarsvif groceries on 4/28 they took money n didn't deliver groceries that was with 37cgrocery dollars plus 10 dollar coupon plus all other coupons no vanished along with item I truly needed. Id reorder but why no points n no money all of it is pending ever coming back heck I'm still waiting on a 74vdollar refund from March. Points is one call then sales another and orders yet another accounts another. How I the heck I mean I literally start at 630am to order groceries and I always end up having to get through instacart. No problem with that except not same offers and prices plus expensive. I mean it's outlandish 3700 points that's a lot for an 81 year old woman now I get for third week in a row completely screwed. It's *** plus they literally jack you ya buy 2p items to get a bonus and outta or short 1 on their end n it's too much of a hassle to grab one item to make 20 your like what the heck. Plus I forever getting sushi but truly the wasabi doesn't even cover or piece.
