I don’t want to receive my receipts by email
Gas points are not working when I call and express my frustration with all representatives spoken to about this issue.
User's recommendation: I don’t know what to say but do expect results at the gas pump after being assured that the issue has been resolved. I recommend that they don’t pay until you know that the points have been cleared and you can proceed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to physically go to the store to return the item I did not order plus to get my full refund.
It’s not easy when you’re physically disabled and struggle to walk.
Giant, eventually reached out to me even after I got the refund and I was refunded again. I reached out to Giant online about having already received the refund, but they have yet to respond back.
I dont even have a dog! At first I assumed I was given someone elses order, until I saw my invoice. I was charged over $23 for 12 cans of wet dog food. When I checked out online my order came to $33 and change.
Now, I find this unauthorized order of dog food that my bill came out to almost $59. I sent a complaint to customer service online but they are ignoring me. Im physically disabled and can barely walk.
In order to get reimbursed for something I did not order, I have to physically walk into the store. Im done shopping at Giant.

Discrimination to seniors
Preferred solution: Elimate digital coupons or print up in store for people without smart phones,mostly seniors.

At 7:30 PM, I visited the seafood department and purchased whiting fish. I asked if the fish was fresh or frozen and was told it was fresh and had just arrived, already dressed.
I took the fish home and put in refrigerator for the next day. When I opened my refrigerator the next morning, the smell of rancid fish hit my nose. I examined the package and did not have to open it to smell the rot. I took it back to Giant and asked for a refund only to be told that because I had purchased with an OTC Grocery Allowance, I had essentially gotten the fish for free so I could not get a refund!
After discussing with two young employees, and older employee came over, assessed the situation and told them to give me a gift card for the amount spent. After debating her they relented and finally gave me the gift card

Pharmacy tech needs to learn people skills
I go to Giant pharmacy in Mount Joy Pa and Everytime I call to fill an Rx and get their tech Ethan he is rude and extremely unhelpful. This young man definitely should not be working with people.
He seems to have a serious lack of compassion for people who need prescriptions for life sustainable medication. I have a serious health condition which requires pain medication and today I called to have medication refilled and was first told they don't have it you will have to wait until Monday. I explained that this Rx can't be transferred and asked if they could get it from another store. I am unable to fill this medicine early and then when I go to fill it I am told they're out.
So I asked to speak with the pharmacist and his statement in a very unprofessional manner was "she is just going to tell you the same thing". When I spoke with pharmacist she explained that they had 58 of the 60 pills I needed so I said yes please fill it. He never told me they had it. He stated they were out of 2 of the medicines I needed.
He has been rude and extremely unhelpful everytime he answers my call. I am at the point of transferring to a pharmacy that cares about their customers.
