Add exemptions to my taxes

No one was able to help I need HR PHONE NUMBER..when hired I wasn't asked how many exemptions I was withholding on my taxes..I understand that day was a busy day,,then I asked a manager she said we put one what in the world how can they do that..I always thought the employee was the one to put there exemptions

FALSE ADVERTISING

Advertising fillet mignon for $8.99 this week and not a single giant store has any. When I called each of the stores, not a single one would give me their corporate phone number they said they didnt have it. The manager doesnt know it and were rude. I am going to report false advertising to the state Attorney Generals office for this store. This is the third or fourth year in a row that they have advertised for Products that they do not have just to get you in the store and buy your holiday food there. I will not shop at giant again.

I don’t want to receive my receipts by email

I was in person at the Shillington location and made my purchases and received my receipt. Upon returning home I received an email of my purchases.I do not want my receipts emailed If it continues I will be shopping elsewhere.

Gas points are not working when I call and express my frustration with all representatives spoken to about this issue.

I have asked the representative that I was speaking with to stay on the line until the process was completed and it worked that time and after that I was back to it not working again.

User's recommendation: I don’t know what to say but do expect results at the gas pump after being assured that the issue has been resolved. I recommend that they don’t pay until you know that the points have been cleared and you can proceed.

Called to speak with store manager of the day. Was diverted to speak with front end customer service rep instead. Asked 4 time if I could speak with manager, finally was told manager was there. I went the store to address my concerns with manager. I was told when I arrived that manager was on a conference call. I'm still waiting to speak with manager it's been well over 2 hours. This is poor customer service especially from a manager. There is no excuse for this type of service from anyone for any reason. My time and expenses again for awful services at this store. Horrible experience !

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to physically go to the store to return the item I did not order plus to get my full refund.

It’s not easy when you’re physically disabled and struggle to walk.

Giant, eventually reached out to me even after I got the refund and I was refunded again. I reached out to Giant online about having already received the refund, but they have yet to respond back.

SAfter picking up my delivery I started to remove my groceries from the bags. To my surprise, I discovered Purina wet dog food.

I dont even have a dog! At first I assumed I was given someone elses order, until I saw my invoice. I was charged over $23 for 12 cans of wet dog food. When I checked out online my order came to $33 and change.

Now, I find this unauthorized order of dog food that my bill came out to almost $59. I sent a complaint to customer service online but they are ignoring me. Im physically disabled and can barely walk.

In order to get reimbursed for something I did not order, I have to physically walk into the store. Im done shopping at Giant.

I asked a Giant person standing near to please get the manager as it was not fair to this Giant employee to have all these EIGHT OTHER PEOPLE WAITING AND MAKING HER FEEL PRESURED. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. oH AND THE MANAGER NEVER CAME DOWN TO HELP. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE. SAD AND DISGUSTING.

No electric scooters

There are never enough scooters . Exton only has three ! Im handicapped, and had to leave the store after an hour of waiting for one . This is outrageous. Youre one of the largest food chains in the east Cousy . No reason you cant have more electric carts . Thorndale is just as bad . And when I can find one, they feel like theyre falling apart ! Discrimination to seniors

My parents in th r ir 90,s always loyal giant customers,do not have smart phones as the case with many seniors.who more needs to save yet cannot because they cannot use digital coupons.I find this ridiculous. Print up the coupons if just in a weekly handout at the store. Stop elimating seniors.no they donot use E mail either.not everything has to be on line. Not fair .

Complaints

At 7:30 PM, I visited the seafood department and purchased whiting fish. I asked if the fish was fresh or frozen and was told it was fresh and had just arrived, already dressed.

I took the fish home and put in refrigerator for the next day. When I opened my refrigerator the next morning, the smell of rancid fish hit my nose. I examined the package and did not have to open it to smell the rot. I took it back to Giant and asked for a refund only to be told that because I had purchased with an OTC Grocery Allowance, I had essentially gotten the fish for free so I could not get a refund!

After discussing with two young employees, and older employee came over, assessed the situation and told them to give me a gift card for the amount spent. After debating her they relented and finally gave me the gift card

Giant direct pickup

Scheduled pick up between 5-6 pm. Arranged my tasks around picking up at 5 including ordering and picking up dinner around 4: 55 . My Giant order wasn't ready till 5:50. So now I have cold dinner and was compensated $20 credit. So basically too bad that you paid over $40 for a nice meal that is now cold till you get home. Don't take on more orders that you can fulfill and each time slot. Thanks for the cold dinner!

Pharmacy tech needs to learn people skills

I go to Giant pharmacy in Mount Joy Pa and Everytime I call to fill an Rx and get their tech Ethan he is rude and extremely unhelpful. This young man definitely should not be working with people.

He seems to have a serious lack of compassion for people who need prescriptions for life sustainable medication. I have a serious health condition which requires pain medication and today I called to have medication refilled and was first told they don't have it you will have to wait until Monday. I explained that this Rx can't be transferred and asked if they could get it from another store. I am unable to fill this medicine early and then when I go to fill it I am told they're out.

So I asked to speak with the pharmacist and his statement in a very unprofessional manner was "she is just going to tell you the same thing". When I spoke with pharmacist she explained that they had 58 of the 60 pills I needed so I said yes please fill it. He never told me they had it. He stated they were out of 2 of the medicines I needed.

He has been rude and extremely unhelpful everytime he answers my call. I am at the point of transferring to a pharmacy that cares about their customers.
